IMPORTANT NOTE TO CUSTOMER : PETROL IS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

Free Delivery to Bukit Jambul Complex & Ocean View Only 

For Airport. Town & Sg Nibong Bus Terminal Delivery,  a one time delivery charges of RM10 will be charge for pick up & drop off.  
Surcharge of RM 20 will apply for pick up or drop of the car from 10pm - 8 am


Please be advised that all CONFIRMED BOOKING DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE if you cancel your booking since we have blocked the car for you on the said date.


Delivery of car to your hotel can be arrange at affordable rate. Earlier arrangement needed.

RM 10 per delivery to GeorgeTown, Sg Ara, Bayan Lepas/QsBay, Sg Nibong, USM, Jelutong
RM20 per delivery to Teluk Kumbar, Gurney/Tg. Tokong/Tg.Bungah, Air Itam, Paya Terubong 
RM30 per delivery to Batu Feringghi, Balik Pulau 
RM30 per delivery to Butterworth/Bukit Mertajam 

We Reserve the rights to change the car as per any circumstances occur.
*Please be advise that we are under 1st come 1st confirm booking policy. If you confirm, we will block the date and reserve the car for you.A security deposit of RM100 must be bank in within 48 hours from booking date ie (when the quote is sent) OR send us your Flight details itinerary. If no booking payment of RM100 Or Flight Itinerary receive, we will release back the car for open booking.

*Please be advise your normal rental period is 24 hours/day (within 8am-10pm).  Late return after that will be charged at RM 10/hour or RM 5 for half and hour or 30 mins late return for normal cars and RM 15/hour or RM 10 for half and hour or 30 mins late return for MPV Avanza Auto . If more than 4 hours, full charge of a day use will be imposed. Please advise us on your travelling schedule, pick up time/place, drop off time/place once you have confirm.

Please be advise that all our cars are in good condition and can be used within unlimited mileage. However in any circumstances occur during your journey outside Penang, we will only cover the first 50 km towing charges to our Panel Mechanic and engine repair charges: excluding breakage of glass in windscreen window or sunroof, tyre, paint, other wear and consumable items. Extra towing charges will be at your on expenses.

In the event your rented vehicle is involved in an accident and give rise to a claim, your vehicle must be removed to our approved repairer for repairs. Failure to remove your vehicle would be a breach and we shall have the right to decline liability.  You are responsible in respect of each and every event for an excess fee of RM 500.

    I would like to ask about the car rental rate for Proton Wira Auto 1.5GLi.
    Arrival at Penang Airport on 4/4/2011 (Monday) 11am and departure at Penang Airport on 6/4/2011 (Wednesday) 3pm.
    The rental hours would be 52hours or 2 days and 4 hours.

    Sampai kat Penang Airport 23/4/2011 (Sabtu) kul 10 pagi dan balik ke Penang Airport 25/4/2011 (Isnin) dalam kul 3.30 petang.

    I rented Proton Waja for 4 days. Isaac was punctual in delivering the car at Penang Airport. The car itself was okay considering the price is low enough. And Sue was kind and fast enough in replying emails. I will definitely use his service again and also will recommend him to my friends.

    booked 3 cars (1 Waja and 2 Wira) for 4 days.
    they are very accomodating. we were delayed at the custom for about 1hour and they waited for us in the hot sun. *truly sorry on that* they also turned on the aircon to cool down the car for us so that we need not get into a scorching hot car. Though condition of car is quite old, but i guess it's okie since the price is really low. Email and phone correspondence is very prompt.
    One of our car had a tire puncture and we called them and they answer immediately and came down to have the tire changed and everything was settled in about 1 hour. Really good and fast service.
    Thanks and will definately recommend to friends and book again when i'm back in Penang in Dec!

    We searched through for car rental in Penang and found most of them charged at a higher rate. We were lucky to bump into "Kereta Sewa Penang" and quickly enquire their availability. It was a fast, clean & quick transaction! Our car was waiting for us when we reached the airport. The car we booked had to be sent to workshop for some fixing and they quickly arranged another car for us to use and exchange it within the day. The car we rented were in good condition and we will definitely book with Kereta Sewa Penang if we drop by to Penang next time! All the best!

    We got a Waja car last Saturday from sewa keta penang. The rental fee is quite affordable and the car is nice and comfortable except the AC wasn't cool enough during a hot day. Overall I rate 4 stars for its good service and value for money; highly recommended.

    I'm very happy with the service provided by Sue & Isaac. Of course initially there were some concerns about making the upfront deposit payment. However, after several email exchanges, I was reassured that they are genuine and helpful people. Sue was prompt in replying to my emails. I booked the Wira sedan but was given a free upgrade to Wira aeroback. We also rented their GPS for 2 days. Isaac was very friendly and patient as he waited for an hour due to our late arrival from bus delay. I received a receipt on payment. Sue and Isaac are both honest people and I will highly recommend them to my relatives on their next visit to penang. Thanks for your excellent service. Dr Choo.

    Excellent service provided by issac and sue. Got my car upgraded for free due to unforeseen reasons and car aircon,radio and engine was all working fine. They even waited for me an extra 30 mins as i was late on returning the car. I would definitely rent a car here again if i come to visit Penang. Top quality service :D Keep up the good work :)

    a little comment on your Waja that i rented on 21 Apr 2012, the air-con seems not really cold, and there is a weird sound came from the bottom of the car when we change the direction. Hopes you can take note of these matters.

    The service offered by Kereta Sewa Penang was excellent, car condition is good, delivery was on time and most of all, flexible in the delivery time and location, thanks to them, my headache was solved as I needed a car urgently due to sending my own car to the workshop for some repair work, which lasted for 10 days.

    Excellent and reliable service from Sue and Isaac.

    The car is in good condition. They are there on time waiting for me during the car pickup and drop. They also agreed to make a special arrangement for me since I have difficulty transferring the deposit from overseas.
    Basically from booking til the end, everything went smoothly and no hassle at all.

    I'm very satisfied with the service, and would highly recommend Kereta Sewa Penang to anyone who will be visiting Penang.

    ...ok, here's the follow-up. After using the car for 4 days, without any problems, the right hand rear tyre burst on my way to the Penang airport. OMG. I replaced it at a nearby shop in Relau. I wrote an email to inform Sue when i reached KL and tonight, I got back my reimbursement. Wow. Unbelievable. This is truly great service! I will definitely use your cars again when I come back to Penang very soon.

    Rented from this company for the first time on 20/07 to 21/07. Smooth procedures. Everything was as mentioned in the booking slip. My car broke down at Gurney Plaza. They were swift enough to give me a replacement car. Not only that, they even extended my rental for 5 hours without any extra charges. Will definately rent from you again for my next visit.

    Rented a SAGA FL.....it turns out tobe a brand new SAGA FLX SV :) [mileage was about 3000 plus plus only]

    No complain about the car conditions but some how was charge another extra RM10 when I drop off the car to the person in Penang Airport. This was not on the quotation.

    My foreigner boss commented that the service is tip top. The condition of the car is new (as promised by Isaac, he kept his words!), delivery and pick up was excellent. The rate is way cheaper than any other rental cars. In fact they were giving us free hours. He is satisfied and happy using the service. Keep it up!

    At time of collection (1/2 an hour earlier arrived and yet they already waited for me.) but car requested is car unavailable ,upgrade to Waja (A) with no extra charges.

    Car all in good working condition. Surely to recommended to friends.

    I rented for 3 days car and they calculated as 2.5 days and they really provided excellent service. RM10 one time charge for pickup and dropoff at Penang international airport even after working hours and very punctual! Intend to rent Saga at first but given a new Myvi due to unavailability of Saga. Recommended, will rent from them again!
